Q I just purchased an existing home. How do I get set up with
Central Systems?
A Call our office Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and ask for
service, they will schedule an appointment for someone to meet with
you
and update all of our records.
Q I just purchased a new home. Why is the system not
operational?
A Your security system remains powered down until you have
moved in and have been properly trained on the operation. Call
our
office Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and ask for service, they will schedule an
appointment for someone to meet with you,
complete
our final quality test of your system, and train you on the operation of your
new security system.
