1.      My power light is flashing, what does this mean?

This indicates that you have a Low Battery or a blown fuse. Most likely, you have a Low Battery.

You may call our office to request a service call to have the battery replaced, or you may come to our office during normal office hours to purchase a battery and install it yourself.

2.      I do not have a green (ready to arm) light. What does this mean?

If you do not have a green light, press the digit “2”, for the next 8 seconds, the lights will indicate what zone is open. Count from top to bottom for zones 1 thru 8, this will give you a more specific area to check for an open door or window. Once you have secured the area, you should get a green ready to arm light. It is very important that you check ALL doors and windows. Many times our service department responds only to find a window or door that is open. Please check all doors and windows even if you normally never enter a room or open that door or window.

If you need to bypass a zone, press “# {zone number], ie: # 02 for zone 2, then arm system normally.
